The journey began … in 2018 with the establishment of 999 Laboratories Co., Ltd., a full-service OEM+Solution manufacturer specializing in skincare and cosmetics. The company provides end-to-end services including product development, formulation, and design for a wide range of categories—skincare, personal care, oral care, hair and scalp care, body care, and decorative cosmetics. Our product portfolio spans creams, serums, ampoules, sunscreens, facial masks, sleeping masks, soaps, lotions, toothpastes, shampoos, feminine hygiene cleansers, liquid lipsticks, and lip balms. We deliver a comprehensive service from concept creation all the way to product launch, while also offering marketing support for our clients.
In 2025, 999 Laboratories rebranded as 999 Labs Creative to reinforce its identity as more than just a contract manufacturer. Beyond continuously driving research and product innovation, 999 Labs Creative is committed to presenting work through creativity and originality—setting trends rather than following them. Our mission is to become a knowledge and technology hub for entrepreneurs seeking to develop skincare and wellness products in ASEAN. We provide not only technical expertise but also marketing and sales knowledge, tools, and support for promotional activities—empowering our partners to achieve rapid and sustainable growth.

Ms.Pawinee Thadanipon (Khun Pum)
Chief Experience Officer (CXO)
Responsible for managing, supervising, planning, and supporting sales, marketing, and the research and development department. She also leads strategic planning and operational initiatives to ensure customers receive the best possible experience—helping the organization grow sustainably and securely alongside its clients.
In addition, we have a dedicated management team — including the factory operations team, quality management team, and product research & development management team — who continuously support and drive greater efficiency in every process. Their combined effort ensures that 999 Labs operates as a world-class manufacturing facility, with quality, safety, and internationally recognized standards at its core. This commitment allows our customers to receive exceptional products, leading to repeat purchases and enabling our products to be successfully exported nationwide and worldwide.

Certifications and Standards
1) ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized Quality Management System (QMS) standard that demonstrates the capability to deliver quality work on time for maximum customer satisfaction.
2) ISO 22716:2007 is an international standard for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines in cosmetics production. This standard has been approved and accepted by several international regulatory bodies, such as members of the International Cooperation on Cosmetics Regulation (ICCR), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the European Committee for Standardization (CEN). This standard focuses on the production, control, storage, and transportation of cosmetic products. These practices provide organizational and practical guidance on managing human factors, technical aspects, and administrative elements that affect product quality.
3) ASEAN COSMETIC GMP from the Food and Drug Administration, which is the good manufacturing practice guidelines for ASEAN cosmetics production to enhance quality operational management of cosmetic products.
4) GREEN INDUSTRY LEVEL 2 certified by the Department of Industrial Works, confirming that 999 LABS CREATIVE is committed to and operates an environmentally-friendly business at Level 2.
